Our Head Office and production facilities are based in New Zealand. However, we are still easy to contact no matter where you are in the world. If you live in the USA, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand you can call us using our toll free numbers that are linked direct to our Head Office
Customers in Thailand can call our local office in Bangkok.
Our office hours in New Zealand are 8.30am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday New Zealand time. New Zealand time is 18 hours ahead of USA Eastern Standard Time and 12 hours ahead of GMT. Please note this can vary by up to 2 hours because of daylight savings time in New Zealand and the USA.
After hours we divert our phones to a call centre that can either contact key staff if urgent or accept telephone orders and pass on messages.
